The Rehabilitation and Empowerment of Adults and Children with Handicap (REACH) Foundation, Inc. was established in 2005 to offer free quality occupational, physical and speech therapy and related services to people with disabilities through community-based programs. We partner with public and private institutions in establishing CBR programs to make care accessible especially for the underprivileged.
